Exact quotes will be based off of a few variables depending on the equipment needs, duration & location of the event and date. Here is the breakdown of rates and services in Missoula.
- To make a reservation, we ask for a $200 deposit. Balances are not due until your wedding date!
- Travel fees apply for areas outside of Missoula.
Ceremony
$600 (2 hrs)
Ceremony Service (2 hrs)
Ceremony Service includes 30 minutes of Prelude music prior to the start of your ceremony. This helps to welcome your guests and set the mood. The Ceremony includes carefully timed music for your formal activities including the Wedding Party March, Bridal March and Recessional Song. We follow up with music for your Receiving Line as your guests make their exit. Wireless Mics available. Your DJ will make all necessary announcements before & after your Ceremony.
Reception
$1500 (4 hrs)
Receptions (4 hrs) $75/ea added hr
Includes cocktail/dinner music, wireless mics, dance floor lights & music for all your marquee wedding activities, cake cutting, first dance, bouquet/garter toss, etc. Wedding activities are tailored to your specific requests. Our planning form makes it easy and fun to decide which ones you want to include and what music you want played. All of our DJs are experienced MCs. They will make all the necessary announcements to inform, entertain & engage your guests
Ceremony & Reception
$1800 (6.5 hrs)
Ceremony & Reception Service (6.5 hrs) $75ea added hr
This is the perfect choice if you are looking for the complete package! Service includes everything mentioned in both packages. It also includes one "pack & move." from the Ceremony area to the Reception area. Your DJ/MC will ensure that the transition is smooth and seamless!
